Shipping Policy

Standard purchases incur a $12.50 charge for North Island and $15.00 South Island, including rural delivery.  $6 Shipping applies to all orders under $20 for both North and South Island of New Zealand.

FREE delivery for Rotorua residences within a 15 km radias for all orders over $30.  A $5 delivery charge for orders under $30 in Rotorua.

NZ Courier Post is our general courier. 

Australian Shipping at a flat rate on standard items of $40.  Surcharges may apply for items which when purchased together create a bulker package.  Selected furniture and large items are considered oversized and not included in Australian shipping.  However we are happy to provide a quote for a special item.  Any overcharges on shipping will be refunded.

If you wish to purchase a tiny something, please email us and we can quote a special price.

FREE shipping does not apply to large, fragile oversized or glass items in New Zealand.

​Larger, fragile and weightier items can incur a $20-$60 delivery charge in New Zealand.
The above excludes furniture items which cannot be practically transported in a box and require freighting services.  We will confirm a delivery cost before shipping on furniture and oversized items.  

Normal dispatch of your purchase is within 1-2 working days and delivery within 2-5 days from order placement, if this is not possible you will be notified.  Delivery time frames to Australia are between 7-10 days.
